14 Days Returns 

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to get your order back to us! 

How do I return my order?

1- Submit a return request by following the below steps:

A. Login to your account using the link https://shopify.com/15098022/account

B. You will be redirected to the orders list that you have created on our website

C. Click "Request Return" under the order you want to return.

D. Submit your return request after choosing the reason for the return.

2- If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours containing the return label.

3- Print the label and send the returned order to us.

4- Once your returned order is received at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a store credit coupon code that you can use anytime.

Is there anything else I need to know?

• Our order processing system is automated, so orders cannot be cancelled upon ordering. 
• The returned products should not be worn, used, washed or damaged, and the original tags/labels/original hygiene sticker(s) are attached. Otherwise, the return will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
• In big seasonal sales announced on the website, the store credit value will be deducted from the original product price rather than the sale price.

Are there any items that I can't return?

• Customised designs (Onlinemarkat designs with size 44 EU / XX-LARGE and above), as those sizes are only made by order. Or any design with the note (Pre-order or Customised) in the product page.
•  Orders placed using store credits are not eligible for returns.

• Final discounted and seasonal items (Sale category, Ramadan, Eid, Christmas, end-of-year, and Black Friday discounts) or any huge discounts that occasionally happen, such as National Days and the same occasional discounts.

• Couture gowns are not eligible for return unless the designer's house approves. After you submit a return request, we will confirm with the designer and let you know their final decision.
