You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the items to us.

In our commitment to providing the best service, the exchange process from our side will be according to the following steps:
1️⃣ We receive the returned order, and it is shipped from your country to the country of origin.
2️⃣ After the return order arrives, we ship the replacement piece to you again as if it were a completely new orderSince we use DHL, one of the world’s top shipping companies in terms of security and speed, the shipping cost is 45%, covering the entire process to ensure your orders arrive quickly and efficiently, providing you with the best possible experience.
How do I return my order?
1- Submit a return request by following the below steps:
A. Submit a return request using the link
B. You will be redirected to the orders list that you have created on our website
C. Click "Request Return" under the order you want to return.
D. Submit your return request after choosing the reason for the return.
2- If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours containing the return label.
3- Print the label and send the returned order to us.
4- Once your returned order is received at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a store credit coupon code that you can use within one year from assuring date.
Is there anything else I need to know?
- Our order processing system is automated, so orders cannot be cancelled upon ordering.
- The returned products should not be worn, used, washed or damaged, and the original tags/labels/original hygiene sticker(s) are attached. Otherwise, the return will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
- In big seasonal sales announced on the website, the store credit value will be deducted from the original product price rather than the sale price.
- Seasonal orders ( Ramadan, Eid, Christmas, end-of-year, and Black Friday discounts) or any huge discounts that occasionally happen, such as National Days and the same occasional discounts, are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Are there any items that I can't return?
- Any design with the note (Pre-order or Customized) on the product page.
- Orders placed using store credits are not eligible for returns.
- Couture gowns (Except Lara Designs) are not eligible for return unless the designer's house approves. After you submit a return request, we will confirm with the designer and let you know their final decision.
- Please note that some brands don't allow returns or exchanges, so we cannot accept returns for those products. We appreciate your understanding! These brands are (ATELIER PRÊT, L’ALLÉE and MNM COUTURE)
