We provide free shipping for all orders in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, USA, Canada, Australia and Jordan
We also provide free shipping for orders over $100 to all other countries that are not listed above, and for orders less than that, the shipping value depends on the value of the order.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within about 2-3 business days.
Shipping time: After processing and leaving the warehouse, wherever you are, items usually take between 3-5 days to arrive. Take note that during the holidays, the delivery time may be longer due to third-party circumstances.
So, all orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 7-9 business days after you place them.
Customized designs (Onlinemarkt designs with size 44 EU / XX LARGE and above) are only made by order. Delivery time for those will be in 15-17 business days.
Please note that you may receive your order in more than one package as we ship from multiple warehouses (China, USA, Italy, Jordan and Poland) depending on the item you purchase

Customs and Taxes
We cover the customs and tax fees in Saudi Arabia and Jordan only. For Saudi Arabia customers, to help us in this process, Please send us the SMS message that you will get from DHL asking you to pay for duties via WhatsApp using the link to make sure that you get your order to your doorstep in Saudi Arabia without paying any taxes or customs fees.
We will pay all duties and taxes immediately to ensure that your shipment will be delivered without any delay. For Jordan customers, you will not do anything from your side; we will process the orders normally without asking you to do any action.
Tip : Have someone help you measure yourself for more accurate results. Wear the same shoes and undergarments that you will be wearing to your event.

14 Days Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to get your order back to us!
How do I return my order?
1- Submit a return request by following the below steps:
A. Login to your account using the link
B. You will be redirected to the orders list that you have created on our website
C. Click "Request Return" under the order you want to return.
D. Submit your return request after choosing the reason for the return.
2- If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours containing the return label.
3- Print the label and send the returned order to us.
4- Once your returned order is received at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a store credit coupon code that you can use anytime.
Is there anything else I need to know?
- Our order processing system is automated, so orders cannot be cancelled upon ordering.
- The returned products should not be worn, used, washed or damaged, and the original tags/labels/original hygiene sticker(s) are attached. Otherwise, the return will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
- In big seasonal sales announced on the website, the store credit value will be deducted from the original product price rather than the sale price.
Are there any items that I can't return?
- Customised designs (Onlinemarkat designs with size 44 EU / XX-LARGE and above), as those sizes are only made by order. Or any design with the note (Pre-order or Customised) in the product page.
- Orders placed using store credits are not eligible for returns.

Final discounted and seasonal items (Sale category, Ramadan, Eid, Christmas, end-of-year, and Black Friday discounts) or any huge discounts that occasionally happen, such as National Days and the same occasional discounts.
- Couture gowns are not eligible for return unless the designer's house approves. After you submit a return request, we will confirm with the designer and let you know their final decision.
