Kate Middleton Wears a Sheer Blue Elie Saab Dress to the 2019 Royal Ascot

The Duchess of Cambidge looked incredible as she attended the first day of Royal Ascot, joining the Queen and other members of the royal family. Kate, stunned in a baby blue dress by Elie Saab as she arrived via carriage with her husband Prince William and we particularly loved her hat which was by featured a large blue rose. Kate, 37, did not attend the event last year; as she was on maternity leave following the birth of Prince Louis, so it was great to see the royal looking as lovely as ever.
